Pharmacy Manager

Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Rubicon Health Solutions in Regina, Saskatchewan.   Patient Focused Care Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and motivate the pharmacy team to deliver high-quality, patient-focused care to LTC, outreach, and community patients. Oversee all pharmacy operations including dispensing, inventory, compliance packaging, clinical services, and regulatory compliance. Provide clinical services such as medication reviews, disease state management, vaccinations, and minor ailment prescribing. Liaise with healthcare professionals and community partners to support coordinated patient care. Promote medication adherence and develop individualized patient care plans. Maintain effective communication, scheduling, and implementation of policies and procedures. Actively identify and implement opportunities to improve patient outcomes and workflow efficiencies.   Leadership & Operations Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day leadership of pharmacy operations including staffing, scheduling, and workflow management. Perform staff performance reviews and support recruitment, training, and development. Promote a positive work environment aligned with Rubicon’s patient-first culture and ensure labour policies are upheld. Collaborate with the Front Store team to enhance patient care services. Apply an entrepreneurial mindset to support growth of clinical services and LTC business. Manage inventory and operational targets to support efficiency and quality care.   Qualifications: Licensed and in good standing with the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals. Injection certification is required. Pharmacy management experience preferred; LTC or specialty pharmacy experience an asset. Strong clinical knowledge and organizational skills with attention to detail.
