Job Description
Amazon Global Selling enables businesses to sell their goods on the Amazon platform worldwide. Each year, tens of thousands of businesses join our Marketplace across 10 countries, adding millions of new products. The Asia Global Selling Existing Seller Management (ESM) team is seeking a results-oriented Customer Success Manager to own the planning, launch, and ongoing operation of the **Shenzhen Qianhai Innovation Centre** — a flagship engagement hub for our Strategic Selling Partners.
This role owns the Innovation Centre end-to-end. You will define the Centre's annual programming calendar, design Selling Partner engagement campaigns, and drive execution from concept through post-event analysis. You will work closely with Strategic Account Managers to translate Seller needs into compelling on-site experiences, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to secure resources and alignment, and leverage data to measure campaign effectiveness and continuously raise the bar. You are responsible for structuring workflows that keep the Centre running smoothly — prioritizing activities, removing bottlenecks, and turning ambiguous requirements into clear execution plans. Where existing processes fall short, you improve them; where none exist, you build them from scratch using data and fact-driven decision making.

This role demands strategic thinking at scale — you must set a bold vision for the Centre and connect daily execution to broader business outcomes. Strong data-driven analytical skills are essential: you will build dashboards, synthesize campaign results, and present insights to senior leadership. Because you will work daily with senior business leaders and account managers across teams and cultures, the ability to influence without authority and earn trust quickly is non-negotiable. The ideal candidate combines marketing savvy with disciplined program management, brings creative energy to simplifying complex processes, and operates with ownership and customer obsession in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
