Oracle HCM Technical Consultant
Job Description
The role involves end-to-end implementation, BAU support, requirement analysis, configuration, and stakeholder communication.
You’ll work closely with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and enable seamless HR processes using modules like Core HR and Recruitment Cloud (Must), Compensation.
Experience in Global Implementation, Upgrades, or Support projects. Strong functional expertise in HCM Fusion Recruitment Cloud (Pre/On-Bording Journey’s) including configurations, setups, and fast formulas.
Proficiency in Fast Formulas, HCM data model, and data flows. Develop and manage HCM Data Loader (HDL) templates.
Build and enhance HCM Extracts for outbound integrations. Develop and customize BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI reports related to Core HR and Recruitment Cloud.
Configure value sets, lookups, DFFs, and security roles Perform testing (Unit, SIT, UAT), troubleshooting, and production support Working knowledge of SQL/PLSQL
