We are currently seeking to fill a Senior Project Coordinator position in the Engineering department at our Vancouver office to help lead our multidisciplinary projects from planning through execution.
Objectives of this Role
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering projects from planning through completion
- Work closely with Project Managers, engineers, clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Monitor project progress
- Build strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Prepare and present regular project updates, reports, and status summaries
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery (scope, schedule, budget, and resources)
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Drive project planning, execution, and reporting, including risk identification and mitigation
- Coordinate technical teams to ensure quality, timelines, and deliverables are met
- Monitor performance and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track

Required skills and qualifications
- 3–5+ years of project coordination, project administration, or operations coordination experience, preferably within engineering, construction, consulting, or infrastructure.
- Post-secondary education in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or another related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
- Proven success working with all levels of management in a professional environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and proactively resolve issues. .
