About the role
We’re looking for a Business Analyst / Product Owner to join international banking projects, working on Risk & Compliance architectures within complex financial environments.
You will act as a bridge between business and technology, translating requirements into scalable solutions and supporting delivery across distributed teams.
This role requires strong experience in core banking and risk domains, combined with a solid understanding of system integrations and delivery processes.
What you’ll do
Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders and SMEs
Translate business needs into user stories, epics, and functional specifications
Work closely with development teams during design and delivery
Validate solutions before deployment and support release lifecycle
Participate in testing activities (UAT, functional testing)
Analyse issues using logs and basic database queries
Support planning and delivery of modules or full functional areas
Collaborate with international teams (Spain / Mexico)
What we’re looking for
+4 years of experience as Business Analyst / Product Owner
Strong experience in banking environments
Experience with:
Core Banking systems
Risk & Compliance domains (AML, credit risk, collections)
Experience working in Agile environments
Experience with:
Jira / Confluence
User stories, epics, acceptance criteria
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to work with both business and technical teams
Nice to have
Experience with:
Decision engines (Modellica, Provenir, Experian)
AML tools (Norkom, FCM)
Credit bureau integrations (Equifax, Experian)
Experience in core banking transformation programs
Experience in digital banking environments
Experience with delivery tools (Bitbucket, Bamboo, Harness)
Basic SQL / database querying skills
