
Dietary Aide I - Full Time
Job Description
The Dietary Aide supports the hospital’s Nutrition and Food Services Department by assisting in the preparation, assembly, and delivery of meals to patients, staff, and visitors. This role ensures that food service operations run smoothly and that patients receive meals that are safe, nutritious, and aligned with their dietary needs and physician orders. The Dietary Aide plays a key role in maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and dining environment. Promotes and adheres to the IRMC core values of ICARE (Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence) and G.R.E.A.T. (greet/respond/explain/ask/thank) customer service standards.
