Responsibilities:
JOB SUMMARY
A Compensation Specialist supports the administration and execution of compensation programs and processes. This role performs transactional work, ensures data accuracy, and provides guidance based on established policies.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Administer compensation transactions including promotions, transfers, and salary changes.
- Maintain accurate market and equity data within Compensation systems.
- Support annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus, adjustments).
- Provide basic compensation guidance to organizational leaders.
- Assist with job description update requests.
- Generate standard reports and support audits.
- Respond to compensation-related inquiries.
- Support documentation and maintenance of compensation programs.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION
- High School Diploma Required
EXPERIENCE
- 2 years of experience in HR, compensation, or related field. Required
