Responsibilities:

JOB SUMMARY

A Compensation Specialist supports the administration and execution of compensation programs and processes. This role performs transactional work, ensures data accuracy, and provides guidance based on established policies.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Administer compensation transactions including promotions, transfers, and salary changes.
  • Maintain accurate market and equity data within Compensation systems.
  • Support annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus, adjustments).
  • Provide basic compensation guidance to organizational leaders.
  • Assist with job description update requests.
  • Generate standard reports and support audits.
  • Respond to compensation-related inquiries.
  • Support documentation and maintenance of compensation programs.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
 
EDUCATION
  • High School Diploma Required
 
EXPERIENCE
  • 2 years of experience in HR, compensation, or related field. Required
