This role plays a critical part in ensuring the stability, performance, and scalability of enterprise observability environments, with a strong focus on Zabbix as the core monitoring platform. You will act as a technical reference for complex support scenarios, helping ensure infrastructure and application availability across large-scale corporate systems. The position involves deep hands-on work with monitoring architecture, event management, and performance optimization, while also collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners. You will contribute to the evolution of observability practices by improving dashboards, triggers, alerts, and automated monitoring solutions. In addition, you will participate in critical incident response activities, including war rooms and root cause analysis, ensuring continuous service improvement. This is a highly technical and mission-critical role where precision, ownership, and proactive problem-solving are essential.
