• Leads, provide guidance and support, and mentorship to a team that carry out recruitment, training, and department events while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations • Assisting and supporting on all administrative functions to the driving force team at all times within the stipulated Turnaround Time (TAT) • Support the Head of Department, Unit Managers, Senior Management and Stakeholders to strategize, coordinate and facilitate recruitment, training, and department / division engagement activities management
