Description

Creating Safer Workplaces for Everyone.

At SafeHR, we’ve been helping businesses look after their people and build stronger teams for over 30 years. When you join us, you’ll be part of a supportive, expert-driven company that’s trusted by more than 2,000 customers across the UK.

We don’t do one-size-fits-all HR. We listen, we understand, and we deliver tailored advice and smart software that make a real difference — whether it’s streamlining processes, navigating employment law, or empowering leaders to build high-performing teams.

If you’re passionate about people, growth, and making work better, you’ll fit right in at SafeHR.

As an HR Consultant, you'll play a key role in delivering trusted employment law advice, practical guidance, and proactive HR support to a diverse portfolio of clients. Acting as a dedicated consultant and trusted partner for several SafeHR accounts, you'll build strong relationships, understand each client's unique needs, and provide tailored solutions that help them achieve their business objectives with confidence.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive team, where you'll have the chance to make a real impact, work across a variety of people matters, and help businesses create positive and productive workplaces.

What that means day to day

  • Provide expert HR and employment law advice and support to clients, helping them navigate complex people matters and achieve their business objectives.
  • Act as a trusted HR partner and dedicated point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts, building strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Deliver tailored HR solutions, guidance and best practice recommendations to support effective people management across a range of industries.
  • Create, maintain and review legally compliant HR documentation, including contracts, policies, handbooks and employee correspondence.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of the HR consultancy service through client engagement, networking, webinars, presentations and thought leadership initiatives

What you’ll need to be successful

To thrive in this role, you'll bring experience working in an operational HR, HR Advisory or HR Consultancy environment, with a strong understanding of employment law and a proven ability to provide practical, commercially focused HR advice. You'll be confident supporting a wide range of employee relations and people management matters, building trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders, and communicating complex information in a clear and professional manner.

You will hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent), or a postgraduate qualification in Law, alongside a passion for delivering excellent client service and helping businesses achieve positive people outcomes.
