Responsibilities:
职位概述**
负责公司机械设备的日常维护、保养和故障排除，确保设备高效稳定运行。
岗位职责**
1. 执行机械设备的预防性维护计划，包括定期检查、润滑、调整和更换磨损部件。
2. 对机械设备故障进行诊断和排除，分析故障原因，并采取有效措施进行修复。
3. 参与机械设备的安装、调试和改造工作，确保符合技术规范和安全标准。
4. 记录设备维护保养情况、故障处理过程和备件使用情况，并进行数据分析。
5. 协助上级主管进行备件管理，提出采购建议，确保备件库存合理。
6. 遵守公司各项规章制度和安全操作规程，确保维护作业安全。
7. 参与新设备的引进和技术改造项目，提供专业技术支持。
8. 完成上级安排的其他相关工作。
任职资格**
1. 大专及以上学历，机械工程、机电一体化或相关专业。
2. 至少1年以上机械设备维护保养经验，有纤维行业经验者优先。
3. 熟悉各类机械传动、液压、气动系统原理及故障诊断方法。
4. 具备良好的识图能力，能看懂机械装配图、零件图。
5. 具备一定的电工基础知识者优先。
6. 责任心强，具备良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力。
7. 能适应倒班工作制。
8. 持有相关职业资格证书者优先考虑。
