About The Role

HR Coordinator / Analyst (Supporting Australia)

Location: Menara Southpoint Mid Valley, Kuala Lumpur

Looking to grow your HR career with international exposure?

We're looking for an organised and detail-oriented HR Coordinator / Analyst based in Kuala Lumpur to support the People & Culture team in Australia. In this role, you'll work closely with colleagues across Australia, providing end-to-end HR administrative support and helping deliver a seamless employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to international HR operations while working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate onboarding, employment changes and offboarding activities.
  • Prepare employment contracts, variation letters and other HR documentation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
  • Respond to HR-related enquiries from employees and managers.
  • Coordinate learning and development programmes, training administration and compliance tracking.
  • Support employee recognition initiatives and HR projects.
  • Prepare HR reports and assist with data management.
  • Ensure HR processes are delivered accurately and in accordance with company policies.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
  • A proactive mindset, strong customer service orientation and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Professional, discreet and comfortable working with stakeholders across Australia.
