[What the role is]
This is a 2-year contract for an Senior Executive, Admin position in the School of Humanities & Interdisciplinary Studies.[What you will be working on]
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Course Administration
Coordinate with stakeholders to support the launch and delivery of Continuing Education & Training (CET) courses for adult learners
Support planning, scheduling, website updates, admission interviews, course completion tracking
Maintain learner/ course records and prepare reports
Provide administrative, logistical and systems support for course delivery
Manage trainer hiring, onboarding and teaching claims
Handle enquiries via email/ hotline promptly and accurately
School Admin
Coordinate events e.g. industry forums, course previews
Support finance, procurement and grant claims
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
[What we are looking for]
Relevant experience in a similar role will be an advantage
Strong administrative skills, detail-oriented and able to multi-task
Proficient in data analysis and dashboard tools (e.g., Excel, Power Automate, Power BI)
Able to work independently and collaborate across teams
Proactive attitude with a growth mindset
