You will oversee large-scale coding integration initiatives that directly impact accuracy, compliance, and revenue cycle performance across physician and outpatient operations.
The role requires strong strategic leadership to standardize processes, optimize coding performance, and ensure consistent execution across multiple client environments.
You will act as a key connector between coding teams, clinical stakeholders, and client leadership, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.
A strong focus is placed on data-driven decision-making, using performance metrics and audit insights to continuously improve outcomes.
