Implement and enforce quality control standards to ensure deliverables meet technical and client expectations. Oversee asset management, including versioning and archiving, to maintain an efficient production pipeline. Manage client feedback, update documentation, and ensure alignment across revisions and change requests. Advise clients and teams on post-production optimizations to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Conduct post-project evaluations to gather insights and drive continuous improvement. Work effectively across multiple markets and time zones, ensuring coordination with global teams. Manage, support, and motivate team members to foster a collaborative and productive environment. Demonstrate leadership by proactively resolving risks, managing issues, and ensuring delivery milestones are met.
