Job Overview
The Client Services Assistant (Marketing) supports the Client Management team by executing pre-defined digital marketing campaigns and assets using established templates and processes. This role is execution-focused, ensuring campaigns are accurately built, launched, and maintained according to provided guidelines. It is well-suited for someone detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with digital marketing tools and creative platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute digital marketing campaigns using pre-built templates across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Input campaign details including messaging, audience targeting, and budget allocations based on provided instructions
- Launch campaigns and verify that all settings align with approved templates
- Monitor active campaigns and perform routine actions such as pausing, adjusting, or reactivating campaigns as directed
- Generate and compile campaign performance reports, summarizing key metrics and insights
- Support basic campaign optimization tasks under the guidance of Client Managers
- Create and edit short-form video content (e.g., reels and shorts) for marketing use
- Design simple graphics and marketing assets using Canva, following brand guidelines
- Maintain organized documentation of campaigns, assets, and reporting data
- Collaborate with the Client Management team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google My Business
- Basic understanding of SEO principles
- Proficiency in Canva for graphic design
- Basic video editing skills (e.g., trimming clips, adding captions, simple transitions)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes and templates
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and follow clear instructions
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a digital marketing or agency support role
- Familiarity with reporting tools such as Google Analytics or platform-native dashboards
- Exposure to campaign performance tracking and basic optimization techniques
