Job Description

Job Description:

Onni is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join its growing team. This role is based in our downtown Vancouver head office (Yaletown) and supports hospitality marketing in Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, Seattle, Vancouver, and Puglia, Italy. You'll work across a portfolio of brands — including Level Hotels & Furnished Suites, The Emily Hotel, Villa Torre Bianca by Emily Hotels, Steveston Waterfront Hotel, OPUS Hotel, Capo & The Spritz, Dialtone Coffee + Wine Bar, Fora Restaurant, and Solette Restaurant — to bring the guest experience to life across digital channels, guest services, and partnerships. Day to day, you'll schedule content, coordinate influencer activity, support graphic design and copywriting, and handle general marketing administration. We're looking for someone creative, highly organized, and confident supporting multiple brands. You take initiative, deliver polished work, and help keep projects on track. If you're design-savvy, systems-minded, and excited by smarter ways of working — including emerging AI tools like Claude, Higgsfield, and Asana — you'll do well here.
