Job Description
- setting up and operating all equipment in the department
- assembling and disassembling equipment
- practicing strict sanitation and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) to ensure food safe products are being manufactured
- gathering, prepping, and weighing raw materials
- calculating daily production needs
- forecasting inventory of raw materials
- providing timely and accurate communication to other support areas concerning production needs
- accurately completing all paperwork required by the position and
- other duties as assigned.
