Business Development Manager– Cloud / Workplace / Full IT Outsourcing| Romandie.

We are looking for a business developer, creating and closing deals.

Your job is simple but with a complex portfolio: find new clients, understand their challenges, build the right solution, and close the deal. You own the full cycle — from first call to signed contract.

What you'll do

Prospect and open doors across all sectors, especially in regulated and IT sensitive areas.

Run sharp discovery meetings and identify real business pain

Build compelling proposals yourself — you don't wait for someone else to do it

Close deals ranging from CHF 100k to 2M+ ARR

Keep your pipeline clean, your forecasts honest, and your follow-through relentless

What you sell

You will carry our full portfolio across four domains — and you need to understand what's under the hood, not just the brochure:

Swiss Sovereign Cloud — our own OpenStack IaaS and Kubernetes/OpenShift platform, fully hosted in Switzerland. You need to understand why a Swiss bank or federal agency cannot use AWS or Azure directly, and how we solve that.

Container Platform & DevOps — managed OpenShift clusters with a full software factory: GitLab, Terraform, ArgoCD, Vault, Prometheus. You need to understand what a CI/CD pipeline is, why Kubernetes matters, and what "managed" means operationally for an ISV or large enterprise.

Managed Workplace & Full IT Outsourcing — Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Entra ID) and complete IT delegation including LAN, WiFi, security, and multilingual helpdesk. You need to understand identity management, device management, and what full outsourcing means for an organization without an internal IT team.

Public & Hybrid Cloud — migrations and operations on AWS, Azure, or a hybrid mix. You need to understand the tradeoffs between public, private, and sovereign cloud, and when each makes sense.

You don't need to have worked with all of these. But you need to be technically curious enough to learn fast, ask the right questions, and hold a credible conversation with an architect or a CIO from day one.

What you bring

5–10 years selling B2B technology — cloud, managed services, or IT outsourcing

Enough technical depth to build a credible solution outline on your own before looping in architects

Familiarity with Swiss regulatory context — FINMA RS 2018/3, ISAE 3000, ISO 27001 — and why it matters to regulated buyers

A proven track record of winning new logos — we want names and numbers

Fluent French and English
