Retail Branch Manager – Staunton, Waynesboro, Augusta County


DuPont Community Credit Union (DCCU) is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Retail Branch Manager to join one of our Staunton, Waynesboro, Augusta County locations. If you have a passion for serving others to help them achieve their financial goals, then this may be the perfect position for you! 


What You’ll have the Opportunity to do:

  • Aid in effectively managing the entire member experience upon visiting the branch
  • Conduct observation and coaching of staff 
  • Conduct financial transactions, open new accounts, and assist members with loans
  • Communicate and implement service strategies and techniques to foster greater member relationships and satisfaction and monitor the level of quality service to members through a versatile, well-trained, highly qualified, and highly motivated staff
  • Lead and conduct weekly staff meetings, 
  • Track and post weekly sales goals and results
  • Coach and counsel staff on sales and service performance
  • Provide development opportunities for employees
  • Foster an engaging and inclusive work environment
  • Generate new business by providing consultative approaches to matching retail products and services to existing members to include outbound calls to potential business members. 


What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • Four-year degree or equivalent work experience with a retail focused background, demonstrated leadership ability, and a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Strong leadership, direction, and supervision to entire branch office
  • Passion for building trusted relationships with staff and members
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong ability to assess needs, implement plans, and handle confidential information
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit
  • Passion for creating an exceptional service culture.
