Job Description:

Duties/Responsibilities

Serve as steward of all land and improvements located within the boundaries of the line-camp area
Assist with the management of both the livestock and wildlife enterprises
Represent the Rocker b Ranch and Scottish Rite for Children in a professional manner
Work with minimal supervision
Operate heavy equipment and the portable welder in a safe manner
Make repairs to fences, water wells, equipment, and buildings located within the area of the line-camp
Maintain an accurate inventory of all livestock within the line-camp pastures
Administer a sound health program to all livestock located within the area of the line-camp, performing health related procedures as necessary
Train, ride, and shoe both young and old horses
Monitor and maintain livestock and wildlife watering facilities to ensure an ample supply of quality water
Monitor wildlife activity and conduct spot surveys to determine wildlife populations
