Do you enjoy turning complex planning challenges into practical solutions? Join our Planning team and play a key role in optimizing production plans while driving process, system, and performance improvements that help our factory operate at its best.
Core Responsibilities
In this role, you will own the scenario planning, ensuring optimized short- and mid-term production plans while driving continuous improvements in planning processes, systems, and tools.
Moreover, you will:
- Collaborate closely with Supply and Inventory planning team, Production team and other stakeholders to ensure accurate planning data and system setup.
- Develop and maintain production plans aligned with demand, capacity, and material availability.
- Drive process, system, and reporting improvements to enhance planning efficiency and operational performance.
- Analyze planning data, KPIs, and demand changes to identify risks and optimization opportunities.
- Escalate risks and deviations that may impact production or delivery performance.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and other stakeholders to ensure accurate planning data and system setup.
- Represent the Planning function in local and global projects, discussions, and improvement initiatives.
- Act as a role model for the department and subject matter expert, supporting best practices across the planning community.
This position is placed in our Kladno manufacturing site and there is no relocation assistance offered for this role.

The Planning team is part of the local EU Packing organization in Kladno and plays a key role in ensuring the right products are available at the right time. The team owns the end-to-end planning process, balancing customer demand, production capacity, material availability, and inventory levels to support efficient factory operations and high service levels.
Do you have what it takes?
- Prior experience in production planning, master planning, or supply chain planning within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of planning processes, including demand, capacity, and inventory balancing.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities.
- Experience working with SAP and planning master data.
- Strong communicator and relationship builder with a continuous improvement mindset, able to independently drive complex topics, influence stakeholders without formal authority, and deliver results through cross-functional collaboration
What would be an advantage:
- Advanced user of Kinaxis Maestro or a comparable planning system would be a big plus.
- Experience leading planning-related improvement initiatives or projects.
- Experience supporting S&OP or similar planning processes.
- Experience facilitating discussions and resolving competing priorities among stakeholders.
