Role Summary:
The Application Engineer is a technically and commercially experienced salesperson responsible for technical solutions for customers and partners in industrial and specialty applications.
Will act as a product specialist in a team and work closely with the sales, development, and other specialist departments at the site.
Your role:
Technical and commercial preparation of offers in the field of industrial pumps and rotating equipment.
Support of the defined clientele in the office
Evaluation of requests, generation of solution proposals
Cost calculation, if necessary, in cooperation with the relevant departments
Order acceptance, review, and preparation
Your profile:
BSC degree in Engineering
Ideally 2 years of experience as an Application Engineer or similar position such as Sales representative, Engineer in a manufacturing company
Working proficiency in English
Experience in dealing with common MS Office applications
Strong technician acumen and analytical thinking
Preferred experience/skills:
SAP knowledge
Experience with heavy industry
