Job Description
- Count product in stock and posts totals to inventory records.
- Compare inventories to office records or computes figures from records such as sales orders, production records, or purchase invoices to obtain current inventory.
- Verifies clerical computations against physical count of product and adjust errors in computation or count, or investigates and reports reasons for discrepancies.
- Prepare reports such as inventory balance, price list and shortages.
- Stocks and issues materials or merchandise.
- Tracks damaged product and logs to system.
- Performs cycle count as a percentage of warehouses on a weekly basis per instructions.
- Runs warehouse exception reports and investigates irregularities.
- Controls all hold by labels and physical restriction - reconciled weekly.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years related experience in distribution or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment without constant supervision.
- PC skills, including Microsoft office.
- Must be detailed-oriented and possess the ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time, efficiently and effectively.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving skills, demonstrates a sense of urgency, consistently delivers on commitments, and takes initiative.
- Ability to make quick and accurate decisions.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and in a high-volume and changing environment.

Pay Range: $18 - $23 per hour
