Job Description
- Build relationships with enterprise customers to influence technology and business decisions.
- Understand customer business, including software as a service product portfolio, technology strategy, growth plans, business drivers, financial structure, customer base, vertical market offering, and engaged landscape.
- Lead account strategy to develop business growth opportunities, work cross-functionally with teams and Google Partners, and deliver business impact for Public Sector customers.
- Manage business cycles, present to executives, and partner on terms.
- Deliver business development, manage operations at scale, forecast, and achieve goals by leading customers through the business cycle.
