Transaction Process Analyst – Part-time

We are looking for a motivated Transaction Process Analyst to help streamline our billing processes for contract logistics services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end billing process and ensure timely invoicing.
- Coordinate and validate high volumes of data from various sources.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure all necessary data is processed for invoicing.
- Handle monthly activities in the Oracle financial system, including closing Purchase/Sales Orders.
- Work closely with Finance and Operations teams to resolve issues and provide historical financial data.
- Identify opportunities for standardization and process improvement.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English.
- Availability to work 20 hours per week.
- Degree in Finance, Business, or Economics is a plus.
- Experience in billing/accounting is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Oracle/SQL is a plus.
- Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
