hear.com is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our Denver team. In this role, you will help ensure our products reach customers accurately and on time, while supporting the day-to-day operations of our office. What you will do
- Place product orders with various manufacturers across our product and accessory portfolio
- Organize and manage inventory stock
- Pack and ship product orders to customers in a timely manner (this role is labor-intensive)
- Manage the tracking of product orders to ensure they arrive on time at the correct location
- Serve as the product expert on the team and answer product-related questions as needed
- Communicate with team members to ensure a smooth experience for our customers
- Coordinate shipping and tracking for all customer packages
- Oversee the administration of program files and relevant documents, including physical and electronic filing
What you will need
- Self-starter who takes initiative and works independently
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Background in logistics is a plus

- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with a 1-hour lunch break

- Compensation: $23/hour
