Overview Are you an expert in cash management with a passion for driving process improvements and delivering operational excellence? Join Arthur J. Gallagher, one of the world’s leading insurance brokers, as an Cash Cashiering Subject Matter Expert and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Cash team. As the Cashiering Subject Matter Expert, you’ll be at the forefront of change, supporting the Cash team and the Head of Cashiering & Claims in delivering strategic initiatives, process improvements, and project success. You’ll represent the Cash team in system implementations, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and process enhancements, ensuring compliance with Gallagher’s high standards of service and operational excellence. How you'll make an impact Project Support & Change Management: Represent the Cash team in system implementations, M&A activities, and process improvement initiatives. Process Improvement: Identify and lead opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the Cash team (onshore and offshore) and across IBA functions. Operational Excellence: Provide expert guidance on complex issues, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and address escalations promptly. Collaboration & Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, insurers, and other IBA functions to ensure alignment and effective communication. Compliance: Adhere to AJG policies, procedures, and external regulations, ensuring clients remain central to the business. About You Proven expertise in cash management, accounting, or a related field. In-depth knowledge of cash management processes and systems. Experience in cashiering, credit control, and intercompany transactions is highly advantageous. Experience supporting process enhancements and supporting projects, including system implementations and M&A activities. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Advanced Excel and analytical skills. Ability to collaborate with onshore and offshore teams.
