  • Salary: $120,000
  • Bonus: 18K
  • Total Comp: $138,000
  •  Location: Hybrid – In Office: Boca Raton, Florida M-W; Remote Thur-Friday

About the Role
HairClub’s digital experience is a critical revenue driver—and a major opportunity.

You will own the end-to-end digital journey, ensuring every visit has the highest possible chance of converting.

This is a role for someone who understands that growth comes from continuous optimization, testing, and execution and is an expert at building Amazon and Shopify storefronts from the ground up and launching next generation game changing products.

What You’ll Own

  • Conversion rate and overall digital revenue performance
  • Optimization of landing pages, funnels, and checkout experience
  • Merchandising, promotions, and pricing strategy
  • Data analysis and performance reporting
  • Partnering with marketing to align traffic and conversion strategy
  • Driving UX and site enhancements with development teams
