Compensation:
- hourly - $25.00 - $30.00 Potential for Full-Time
- Location: Hybrid – In Office Boca Raton, Florida M-W; 24-30 hours a week+
- Contract work
Landing Pages & Web Design
- Design conversion-focused landing pages optimized for lead generation and customer acquisition
- Create engaging website experiences aligned with brand, UX, and conversion goals
- Collaborate with developers and marketing teams to bring digital experiences to life
- Optimize layouts, messaging hierarchy, CTAs, and user flow for performance
- Help modernize the overall visual experience of HairClub’s digital ecosystem
Email & CRM Creative
- Design promotional emails, nurture campaigns, lifecycle journeys, and CRM creative assets
- Create compelling email layouts that drive engagement, click-through rates, and conversions
- Support SMS/MMS campaigns with supporting creative and visual storytelling assets
- Collaborate with CRM and marketing teams on campaign execution and optimization
Social Media & Brand Creative
- Create engaging social content and platform-native creative across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels
- Design graphics, story assets, reels support creative, motion assets, and branded social campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency while adapting creative for modern social behaviors and trends
- Collaborate with social and content teams on campaign storytelling and audience engagement
Creative Production & Brand Execution
- Support creative execution across multiple campaigns and business initiatives simultaneously
- Maintain consistency across all digital brand touchpoints
- Organize and manage creative assets, templates, and design systems
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, growth, content, CRM, social, and leadership teams
- Help evolve and modernize HairClub’s digital brand presence and creative standards

- Continuously evolving creative based on performance data, trends, and audience behavior
What Sets You Apart
- 8+ years of experience in digital design, performance marketing creative, or integrated digital campaigns
- Must be able to present a digital portfolio with resume showcasing digital ads, landing pages, emails, websites, social campaigns, and conversion-focused creative
- Deep understanding of modern digital design trends, UX principles, and performance marketing creative
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and modern design tools
- Experience designing across paid media, CRM/email, social, and web environments
- Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality or attention to detail
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, hierarchy, and digital storytelling
- Motion graphics, animation, video editing, or AI creative experience is a strong plus
- Comfortable working onsite in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment
