Job Description:

Position Summary:


The Finance and Operations Manager will oversee the financial management, compliance, and operational functions of the program, ensuring effective and efficient resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage program budgets, financial planning, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with donor and organizational financial policies.
  • Oversee procurement, logistics, and administrative functions.
  • Mitigate risks and maintain internal controls.
  • Support audits and financial reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Professional qualifications in finance or business administration.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing finances for donor-funded projects.
  • Strong skills in compliance and risk management.
