Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and personable Front Office Representative to join our team. This pivotal role serves as the first point of contact for our organization, demanding excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, managing appointment schedules, and providing administrative support to various departments. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
  • Manage scheduling and calendar appointments for staff and meeting rooms.
  • Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, distributing them accordingly.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a front office representative, receptionist, or in a related role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment.
