Assistant Store Manager (Bilingual)

As an Assistant Store Manager (“ASM”), you will use your customer service and leadership experience to provide a white-glove experience for our customers. Our Assistant Store Managers develop their leadership skills in real-time by assisting store leaders with recovery processes, customer outreach, and risk mitigation. You will participate in training and coaching Customer Service Representatives, where applicable, while being a champion for compliance and ensuring Company standards are met.
