Overview The IT division at Gallagher supports the organisation's technology strategy and delivery. Within this division, the Systems Delivery team is responsible for the integration and delivery of IT systems across the UK & EMEA, ensuring high-quality service and alignment with business objectives. We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in SharePoint and workflow automation. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of SharePoint-based enterprise solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. How you'll make an impact Design and execute test cases for SharePoint solutions. Perform manual testing of SharePoint lists, libraries, and site configurations. Test workflows using Nintex and Power Automate. Validate permissions, access controls, and ensure security compliance. Support the testing of portals and business applications. Collaborate in Agile processes, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and requirement reviews. About you Education & Certifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Microsoft or ISTQB certifications (advantageous). Experience 3–5 years of experience in testing SharePoint Online/Server. Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools such as Nintex or Power Automate. Strong knowledge of SharePoint governance, permissions, and site lifecycle management. Exposure to Agile development environments. Experience with migration tools such as AvePoint or Fly, and familiarity with SPFx (desirable). Key Skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Adaptability and a customer-focused mindset. #LI-Hybrid
