Talent Acquisition Executive
Job Description
-Source, attract, and recruit talents.
- Manage the full life cycle of recruitment process from sourcing to offering.
- Analyze and interpret current recruitment trends to best tailor search approach.
- Advertise job postings within appropriate forums to attract top notch candidate pools.
- Proactively source, engage, prescreen, interview, schedule and assess candidates.
- Coordinate with Hiring Managers on best hiring practices and decisions.
- Manage candidate experience to ensure positive candidate outcomes.
- Analyze the exit interview result.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, or related degree preferred
- Minimum 02 year of experience in full life cycle of recruitment
- Proactive and passionate with recruitment
- Strong in communication skills both Vietnamese and English
- Willingness to learn and overcome daily challenges in a fast-paced environment
- Strong in utilizing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) to drive networking and candidate pool development
