At ViaQuest Residential Services, we provide compassionate, high-quality care to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated RN Supervisor to lead clinical services and support our nursing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight for 2 patients and their assigned nursing staff
- Coordinate all health and medical services for the 2 individuals served
- Ensure proper administration of medications and treatments per physician orders
- Collaborate with team members, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor documentation for accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
- Review medication and treatment records regularly
- Support scheduling to maintain consistent high- quality care
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current RN license (required)
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Ability to make sound clinical decisions and manage priorities effectively
- Supervisory or management experience preferred
