Work location: Łódź, city center

Hybrid model: 3 days in the office

Your Role 

We are seeking a Team Lead Credit Control (O2C) to oversee and guide our O2C team, ensuring timely delivery of processes and driving continuous improvement. In this leadership role, you will manage resources, resolve operational issues, and foster collaboration across the business and with external stakeholders. Your expertise will help us maintain efficiency, compliance, and a culture of excellence.

Responsibilities 

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Credit Controllers to ensure high performance and Engagement

  • Oversee customer credit assessments, credit limit approvals, and ongoing risk Monitoring

  • Ensure adherence to company credit policies, procedures, and internal controls

  • Analyze credit risk, financial statements, and customer payment behavior

  • Manage escalations related to credit risk, blocked orders, and high-risk accounts

  • Monitor and report key KPIs (e.g., credit exposure)

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within credit management processes

  • Support audits and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements

  • Contribute to system enhancements, automation, and process standardization

Your Profile

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

  • 3+ years of experience in Cash Collection / Order to Cash processes

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a team leadership or supervisory role

  • Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office)

  • Excellent leadership and management skills, including planning, organization, and team direction

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
