Job Summary:  Knik is looking for a Construction Truck Driver Davis Bacon Wages – Per Contract   Responsibilities: Attendance and timeliness are essential functions of this position. Secure transportation of material products to designated locations. Verify the type of material hauled and its weight accurately. Maintain records required for compliance with State and Federal regulations. Comply with all company safety policies, including the use of protective equipment and Fit for Work guidelines. Perform other duties as assigned. Work Requirements: High school diploma, general education degree (GED), or equal experience. Experience driving end dumps, belly dumps, and side dump trucks with aggregate/asphalt hauling is preferred. Some knowledge of heavy construction equipment. Demonstrated decision-making skills. Ability to work in a high-production environment efficiently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ensures a high level of accuracy in all tasks. Ability to respond quickly and effectively under pressure and deadlines. Pre-hire drug test required.
