Crux Subsurface runs geotechnical and foundation construction projects across the country. This shop keeps that equipment running.   This is a welding and fabrication role in a heavy equipment shop. You'll fabricate and repair drilling rigs and custom components — working across MIG steel, TIG aluminum, and general mechanical maintenance. The work is varied, the equipment is heavy and technical, and the shop supports active projects in the field.
