The Interventional Radiology Technologist is a highly skilled allied health professional who performs specialized imaging and assists with minimally invasive, image-guided diagnostic and therapeutic procedures under the direction of an Interventional Radiologist. This role is responsible for operating advanced fluoroscopic, angiographic, and imaging equipment to produce high quality diagnostic images, maintaining a sterile procedural environment, monitoring patient safety, and assisting physicians during complex vascular and non-vascular interventions.
