Ensures store operational procedures run smoothly and efficiently. Represents the brand and company values at all times.

Job Description
BACKGROUNDS AND REQUIREMENTS
Possess over 5 years of store management experience in the luxury industry.
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Familiar with the sales and operational processes of luxury/jewelry retail stores.
Deep understanding of fundamental customer service principles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software (especially Excel).
Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
Results-driven, proactive, with excellent teamwork spirit.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with strong leadership abilities.
Willing to embrace challenges, quick to learn, and adaptable to a fast-paced and evolving company environment.
Capable of working effectively under pressure.
