The Assistant Chief Concierge is responsible for overseeing the operations of the following areas and positions - Concierge, Bell Captain, Doormen, Bellmen and Valet Parking. The Assistant Chief Concierge must empower these teams to create memorable experiences for the hotel guests by delivering genuine service with poise. The Assistant Chief Concierge must drive the key metrics, enable training and coaching to achieve GSI, CSI, KPI and financial targets.
Qualifications
1. 教育学历 / Education
酒店管理类证书、大专文凭或学士学位
Certificate / Diploma / Bachelor in Hotel Management
2. 工作经验 / Experience
四年相关工作经验,有酒店行业经验者优先
4 Years working experience, preferably in hotel industry
