VITAL Continuous Improvement Engineer

Barnes Aerospace, East Granby – Bradley Park Site is seeking a VITAL Continuous Improvement Engineer to support the execution, deployment, and sustainment of continuous improvement initiatives that improve site performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and employee engagement. Reporting to the VITAL Continuous Improvement Manager, this role serves as a hands-on improvement resource focused on translating VITAL Operating System standards, Lean principles, and structured problem-solving methods into practical shop-floor improvements.
