• Clean, organized shop: conference room, garage, wash bay, on-site chip drop
• Defined Career Pathways: Climbing Arborist I–III with structured training and compensation
• Safety-first culture: weekly tailgates, continuous improvement, gear checks
• Paid certifications: ISA, TRAQ, CTSP, NC Applicator License

We’re looking for a Sr. Climber Arborist with 3–5+ years of advanced climbing experience who can lead by example, mentor the crew, and deliver high-quality, safe, efficient production.
