Placement & Facilitation Supervisor

This primary purpose of the Placement & Facilitation Supervisor is to coordinate and facilitate family team meetings between family members, agency personnel, and community providers. Additionally, this role is responsible for pre-adoptive staffings, matching, & disclosures, and providing support and services to children and their potential adoptive families.  This supervisor oversees placement searches and coordination with agency foster homes/networks, group homes, and residential centers for the care of children in agency custody.  This position oversees licensing & recruitment of agency foster homes as well as oversight of foster-adopt home assessments.
