Job Description
- Drive the planning and implementation of strategic and transformational programs. Set program goals and direction working with cross-functional stakeholders. Establish goals, schedule and milestones and manage dependencies and anticipate/resolve execution issues.
- Establish a reliable and visible cadence for program reviews, decision-making, prioritization, and resource stewardship.
- Be the trusted owner of the status of your projects/programs. Drive visibility on progress, dependencies, risks, issues to executives and other stakeholders through regular communications, enabling effective decision making.
- Leverage domain expertise, program management experience and leadership skills to help the team improve processes, accelerate program execution, and drive better quality, productivity and efficiency across the portfolio.
- Own and nurture relationships between cross-functional teams.
