About the PositionWe are searching for a Project Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree and 0-2 years of related experience in project coordination or administrative support. In this position, the successful candidate will assist project managers in organizing, coordinating, and administering various tasks and documents to ensure the successful execution of projects. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field from an Accredited College or University
0-2 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficiency in MS Office, with strong experience in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with project management software such as Newforma and Adobe Acrobat is preferred
Ability to assist in preparing project schedules, organizing meetings, and managing documentation
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and reports
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work effectively with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors
Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally
