Flynn Group of Companies is seeking a Service Account Manager to join our Kelowna team. This is a relationship-driven, client-facing role ideal for someone who thrives in sales, enjoys building long-term partnerships, and wants to grow their career in a dynamic construction and service environment. This position is Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm, with on-call responsiveness required.

A Day in the Life
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Actively generate new business
- Conduct frequent client meetings, site visits, and presentations
- Attend local networking and industry events
- Identify client needs and recommend service solutions
- Follow up on quotes, tenders, and opportunities to close business
- Collaborate with local and national teams to support key accounts
- Respond to client needs
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Sales mindset with the drive to grow business and meet targets
- Customer-focused with a high level of responsiveness
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
