Job ID 2026-20098 Duties & Responsibilities Complete all prerequisites of each training program of AXA's Distribution and Learning Development Team (DL&D)
During onboarding, fully attend each Onboarding training program assigned to DL&D Training Execution--first, as a participant, then as an observer
Undergo accreditation for each DL&D Training Execution training program, and other DL&D training programs outside Training Execution, as may be required
Faithfully deliver and/or support (as Facilitator and/or Host) the training programs of DL&D, according to established DL&D standards
Promptly and properly fulfill all administrative duties and responsibilities related to each Facilitator or Host assignment
Review, develop and/or update DL&D training content and/or materials
Support DL&D initiatives and/or DL&D-assigned events, as needed
Support AXA Retail Distribution and/or AXA Agency and/or Bancassurance initiatives and/or events, as needed
Carry on other miscellaneous tasks, as may be required
Education & Experience College graduate With previous training experience of at least one (1) year Proficient in and with a good command of the English language--oral and written Without any speech impediment Confident and with a pleasing personality Personable and presentable Professional and diplomatic at all times Problem solver, with critical thinking/analytical skills Open to feedback and coaching Flexible to occasionally work on Saturdays, weeknights and/or Saturday nights At AXA, each person matters
