Job Description
As a Junior Application Manager at Suitsupply, you will play a hands-on role in supporting the functional management and continuous improvement of our core merchandising and product systems — including PLM, PIM, ERP, allocation, planning, and merchandising platforms. Working closely with teams across Product Development, Merchandising, Planning, and Supply Chain, you will ensure our systems run smoothly, evolve alongside business needs, and reliably support seasonal trading cycles. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to bridge the gap between business and technology, driving operational excellence and strategic impact across a globally operating organization. It is an ideal growth opportunity for a motivated professional looking to deepen their expertise in retail systems while contributing to a fast-paced, fashion-forward environment.
What You Will Do:
- Manage the day-to-day functional operations of PLM, ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM), PIM, allocation, planning, and merchandising platforms, ensuring system stability and business continuity.
- Act as the primary point of contact for business teams, handling system queries, change requests, and incident resolution with a structured and responsive approach.
- Coordinate testing, releases, and system deployments in alignment with seasonal timelines and business priorities.
- Manage and prioritize the change backlog in close collaboration with business stakeholders, balancing urgency with strategic value.
- Partner with external vendors and implementation specialists to deliver system improvements, enhancements, and integrations.
- Ensure data quality and consistency across connected platforms, including POS, e-commerce, warehouse management, and BI systems.
- Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation and drive user adoption across teams through training and ongoing support.
- Contribute to the evaluation and implementation of future merchandising technologies, bringing a curious and forward-thinking perspective to system development.
Who You Are:
- Experience: 3+ years in application management, functional consulting, or IT business analysis, with a track record of supporting business-facing system environments.
- Technical proficiency: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management and at least one PLM platform (Centric Software or equivalent).
- Domain knowledge: Solid understanding of retail or fashion supply chain processes, including product development, procurement, inventory management, and fulfilment.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline.
- Analytical mindset: Proactive and structured approach to problem-solving, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a fashion, apparel, or consumer goods setting; familiarity with system integrations across ERP, POS, e-commerce, and WMS platforms; and exposure to Agile or structured change management methodologies.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch or additional languages is a plus.
- Willing to relocate.
What You Will Get:
- Autonomy: We empower you to take ownership, make meaningful decisions, and drive impact without layers of sign-off.
- Growth: We see your potential as a key asset. At Suitsupply, you’ll have abundant opportunities to learn, grow, and excel in a supportive environment that encourages development at every step.
- Corporate Social Responsibility: Our commitment to sustainability and ethical business is unwavering. We work exclusively with suppliers who uphold the highest standards, in alignment with the International Labour Organization.
- Style: Immerse yourself in a world of beautifully crafted, high-quality products, and enjoy a 40% discount on Suitsupply products.
- Compensation: We offer a competitive salary of €42,000 - €59,000 annually, based on relevant skills and experience.
